DOORS OPEN AT 6PM | PICK UP WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF GAME ENDING

Raffles and giveaways, games, great food and the big game will be live streamed on the big screen.

WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE TO PICK UP MY STUDENT?

IF YOU CAN’T PICK UP WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE GAME ENDING, PLEASE CONTACT US TO COORDINATE.


DOES THE EVENT COST MONEY TO ATTEND?

$5 DONATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED. THE EVENT IS A FREE EVENT FOR ALL STUDENTS.


ARE THERE ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS NOT INTERESTED IN FOOTBALL?

YES, WE WILL HAVE TONS OF GAMES AND FOOD FOR STUDENTS NOT INTERESTED IN THE BIG GAME.

FOOD: We are looking for parents willing to assist with food! Please see the link below to sign-up for a food item to purchase or make.

GIVEAWAYS: If you or your business have prize items you would be willing to donate, we would appreciate it! Last year we had over 80 prize items including gift certificates, electronic devices, red box movie coupons, restaurant gift cards, orioles tickets, and more. Please contact Tim.Agnolutto@bayareacc.org if you would be willing to donate any item(s) for this event.

EVENT HELP: We are looking for an adult volunteer team that would be willing to assist before, during, and after the event. We will assign you a specific duty to help make the event a success. Please contact Tim.Agnolutto@bayareacc.org if you would be interested in serving at this event.
